Wheat photograph collection includes portrait photographs of Episcopal chaplains who were commissioned by the Army and Navy Commission of the Episcopal Church. Most of the portraits are identified and most are from the WWI and post WWI period, up to and including chaplains of the Episcopal Church to 1930. There are also some photos of chapels and church buildings, interior views of churches, Sunday school activities and chaplains' vestments and portable field service kits.
